Will this timing light work for my 93 5.0?

I'm pretty sure most if not all timing lights are universal but just wondering...here is what I'm looking at...

What is the adjustable advance knob from 0-60 for?

Yes it will work. The advance knob is so you can measure the amount of advance your running. Turn the knob until the timing mark is on 0 and then look at the knob. What ever # it's pointing to on the light is the amount of total timing you are running.
