15x8 draglite with a 4.5" BS with a 26"x10.5" MT et streets
wondering if this will fit under the rear of a fox with the quads flipped?

my current wheels are 15x8 with a 5.5"BS and i am running a 255/60 street tire and it fits perfect. didnt if the less BS on the other rims i am going to buy will cause a problem? it will stick out 1 inch farther

my math tells me my current 255 tire is about 10 inches wide so i am looking at about 1.25 inches of farther stickout from what i have now right? (1 inch from the BS of the other rim and .25 from the 1/2" wider tire)

anyone running this or similar combo chime in and let me know what to expect?

the 15x8's with 4.5" back spacing will work fine. I ran some on my 93GT with no trouble at all. I was running 26x10.50 MT ET Streets. They looked right at home on the car.

As far as flipping the quad shocks, I'd just take them off completely. With the sticky tires, wheel-hop usually isn't an issue. And that's the main purpose of the quad shocks anyway. I've got a bad wheel hop issue with my 03 cobra now and even after swapping out all the bushings and such like everyone says to do, it's still there. But with a set of drag radials, the wheel hop is practically gone.

Also, I don't think you'll have to mess with the quads. I beleive they will clear anyway. Just in case you run street tires on the welds.

i have a set of welds now, 15x8 with a 5.5 BS, they tuck in farther than a 4.5 BS would so i had to adress the quads. with the 4.5BS it wont hit. i was mostly worried about the fender lip.

i like welds and ran across 2 15x8s with the 4.5 BS with MT 10.5s i will buy them as track rims, so i will match and not have mismatched rims while running the 1/4 lol

and shhak how do the MT tires hook??? what kind of 60's have u gotten?

I was running a complete UPR rear suspension with uppers and lowers, and an anti roll bar. Had a 438ci dart based windsor with pro 1 heads, a pro fogger NOS kit and a cheater plate NOS kit. Leaving on the plate, I was able to rip off some 1.40's 60' times. Usually leaving on the motor, I would run 1.50-1.55 60' times.

The MT ET Streets are a great tire in my opinion. Not really a street tire, but they do hook.

Yes, I ran mine tubeless. Some people run them with tubes, but I never did.
