Window help

i own a 1990 lx that is in horrid condition and im starting up this project this weekend. so considering im going for a track car i wanted to drop the power windows ( they are broke and all wiring is hacked off) and convert to manual ones.

any idea of what manual windows (the big lifting thingy, technical term) fit in this door or are they made specifically for it im hoping like old rangers or something easy to find at the local heap yard any info on what parts from what year vehicle would be appreciated.

I think they are called window regulators IIRC. Your probably stuck with Mustang parts only, you might try calling a salvage yard and seeing if they have an interchange manual.
