Window Switch RPM vs. Shift RPM???

This is a question for guys running nitrous and a window switch. What is your window switch's rpms set at, and what rpm do you shift at?

For example. The stock rev limiter is 6050 rpm. I would imagine that you would set your window switch to something like 3000 rpm and 6000 rpm. However, where do you shift at? Are you shifting at 5800 rpm, 5900, etc?
