Haven't posted here in a long time but I'm stumped

For starters im having a bad car day. both my reverse lights are out, my ebrake failed and the car almost rolled down a hill into oblivion, jumped infront of it intime before it got a lot of momentum and did a run/jump into the car smash the brake manuever, and finally the problem of my windows being perma fogged.

Now it's been like this for about a month now, but during the day you can't notice it, so at night i've been driving my cobra, but it's coming time to garage it for the winter so I need the GT to be driveable. I washed the car/windows today hoping that it would get rid of the fog, and it did until i turned the car on and then the fog/film came back on every window.

I really don't have any ideas, but I know I can't keep the car like this, I can't see out of the windshield at night especially when I have lights or highbeams pointed at it.

I know this is a strange problem but hopefully someone can help!

Sounds like a bad heater core. Any anti-freeze leaks inside the car or out? How about a sweet car inside the car?

Is it literally foggy like from steam, or like a film on the glass? If its steaming up, its probably like Mustang225 says- a leak in the heater core (which is in the dash) venting coolant up to the windshield.

If its just dirty, go buy "glass science" glass scrub, it comes in a green labeled bottle. It's an abrasive polish that cleans glass really well.. You can use it on the inside, but itll be a mess to clean up off the dash and trim. Gotta do what you gotta do though.
