as far as the flex plate just buy it for an 80's truck with a 351w and with a c6 or aod it will be 28 oz and 164 tooth like u will need
Oh and as far as the shift linkage and tv cable if u have any fab skills the stock c4 shifter and rod will work (mine is that way) and the older tbi style efi units have a tv rod that can be made to work ( done that too before) have a good day and good luck
