Wow i really wish I had a garage for my stand, the closest thing I have is my neighbor that is nice enough to let me park it in there driveway when it snows to get it off the street.

A bit slow, but here are my stangs in the snow:
The 88 hasn't moved for quite a while. The 97 goes out daily after the streets are cleared of snow.

I have only seen my mustang once in the last 3 months, its hiding away in the garage at my parents lake house. My f150 does daily duty.

Im a noob when it comes to taking photos and this is my first dslr so bare with me.

I am no photo genius, but what I learned in HS Photography class was to NEVER place the subject in the middle of a frame, you create more interest to the eye if, for example, you get more sky than concrete in a car photoshoot. I must say SRT Handz usually posts very interesting pics that make you think there could be a story behind each picture.

Subjects are typically more interesting looking into space, people and cars alike seem to make me think, 'Whats over there?' when they are looking off into a frame that is only 45-55% the subject and the rest is empty road or grass or rocks or sky.

The best portrait shots are taken at sun up, sun down and on overcast days, I think this is a general rule, but has its exceptions. Many people like to add depth to the appearance of their cars as it makes the paint look better and taken care of. Direct sunlight typically drowns out colors, that could be good for a white car, but direct sunlight is pretty bad on most cars I have seen.

There are lots of general rules and they very with cameras, but digital SLRs are fun and you can play lots of tricks with them.

There is also HD photography that looks neat, but I havent even attempted to mess with it.
