Wiring issue, need help on identification

I'm working on the dash/chassis wiring in a '94 GT coupe no ABS and need help identifying the parts below.

What do these wires do? I cannot find anything to plug into them.

Where does this brown connector go. It looks similar to the one used on the blower motor.

What do these wires do. I know the ones that are cut are for the speakers.

The green one up top is on the driver's side, right? That's a neutral safety switch bypass jumper for automatic transmission cars. If this is a manual transmission, it is left unplugged. Not sure about the others.
