wont rev past 3800rpm... help!?!

So I got my svo running again, failed tfi module. I also put cap, rotor and plugs. Checked everything 5 times to make sure its all right. I go to run it around, it starts to die and fall on its face. Ok at idle but nothing past 4k ... any ideas?

so some random person decied to spin out of control in a f@#$ing parking lot i avoided him and hit a curb, right front wheel bearing and outter tie rod....gone...

That's not cool. Will insurance help at all? Anyways, about your issues with the power loss, what is your fuel pressure? I have heard of the turbo cars having either a faulty pump, tank hose, or regulator and dying after it gets much past idle.
