The voltage for the injectors are fine I assume you have spark right? Is the fuel pump running?

are you sure the voltage is ok? i only have 3.6v and i thought it was supposed to be 12v. Yes, i have spark, and the pump is running and i have pressure.

I'd trace the fuel injector wiring harness, clean the 10 pins, check them for continuity (make sure the pins are aligning), etc if the injectors are the only thing showing a voltage drop.

I'm sure JR will pop in with the polished reply, but those are my crude thoughts.

Good luck.

The red wire is common to the EGR vacuum regulator, smog pump TAB & TAD solenoids
and the low coolant light. Check any one of those for 12 volts. If they show 12 volts,
the 10 pin connector is suspect. If not, the EEC relay its power wiring is suspect.
