Hey Guys:

Never been to either place, but for some reason PR has decided to close drag racing in the month of September in the Seattle area.

I am thinking of taking my car to the FFW event in LA next month but need to dial it on the N20... What days during September do they have Test & Tune at Woodburn or PIR during the month and what times do they start...

I looked at the Woodburn schedule, but couldn't really tell what was an event and what was T&T...

Thanks...

the next test & tune @ woodburn is Oct 17th but they usually have a test lane so might be worth giving them a call to see if you can just come down and test, woodburn is a much better track in my opinion. not sure what the schedule is like for PIR but they race late into the am if you want to race on fri night or sat night and pass the dec test after 10:00pm
I am going to the ffw as well just was not able to get the car together this year so a spectating I will be

PIR is open every friday and saturday night from 7:00pm to 1:00am, and will be opening at 5:00 for the Heads-Up Nortwest race on friday the 17th and October 8th.

WaterPog:

Is PIR a 1/4 mile or 1/8 mile strip??? I couldn't tell from their website but they talk about 1/8 mile drags... (crossing my fingers it is 1/4)...

Also, are you running True Street or something else at the FFW???

Thanks.

Okay, so if I make the three hour drive to PIR on any Saturday then I should be able to Test & Tune my car.... Correct??

Gates open at 7:00 PM.... Correct??

Just want to make sure before I make the drive all the way down there...

Thanks...

Earl, do you know that Bremerton is open on the 24th and 26th of September?

-That is Friday evening and Sunday morning. It is also open the next weekend.

Yup but if your is over 90 decibles...you can only run until 10:00 pm..They'll let you know they did me.....just run in the left lane its more quiet...because it doesnt echo off the wall...mine was 3 decibles less in that lane ,but was still two loud even with my bassani high flow cats :flag:

Didn't know that it was open... Tried looking on their website, but couldn't tell what was T&T and what wasn't... What time do they open next weekend and on which days... Maybe I'll hit that track for once...

Thanks...

They'll be open Friday night the 24th from about 3PM to 7:30 ish (no lights) and Sunday morning beginning at 8AM. At least they say 8AM, I have been there early a few times and they were already open -very unlike PR.

I'll mark my calendar for Sunday...

Thanks...

It's bracket racing on Sunday, but you will get at least three passes.

The track phone number is 360 674 2280.

You can drop them an email at [email protected] to which they usually respond within a day. I plan on going that day, weather permitting, of course.

The following weekend marks the end of the season for Bremerton.
