World Ford Challenge Coming...

I live in Saint Louis, and the World Ford Challenge is just around the corner. I want to buy a couple things so i dont have to wait for shipping or pay for it. Anyway, just wondering what i should expect to spend for FMS 4.10s, any Plenum and throttle body set-up...and possibly mass air.
Not exactly sure what parts to pair up. Anyone with some advice would help...what will work well? What other parts do i need to add when doing the Plenum and TB.
