Would putting one or two cut-outs hurt or help a car w/this setup?
If it'll help, should one or two be put on?

MAC shorty headers, bassani X-Pipe w/cats & flowmaster cat-back

Car also has H/C/I

Cutouts are better suited for high compression engines or engines that put out a ridiculous amount of power that don't require backpressure. AKA Dragradial with Turbos.

WHat about when I put a blower on the car?

I had a cut-out on my Camaro and that knocked 1 tenth off my 1/4 time. I know different motor.

What kind of power you planning with the blower? I don't think you are looking at enough power that they would help you immensly. I wouldn't bother with them. Just run an X-pipe and non-chambered mufflers for the best performance.

Go with a spintech or any straight through design. Make sure you get an X and not an H. And make sure you get a NON-chambered design muffler. Any will basically do. The nonchambered exhausts are a straight through design so they are pretty much all the same (only thing that matters is diameter). BTW I have flowmasters on my N/A car. There is nothing wrong with them.
