Would switching to AFR heads be worth it for me?

Anyway, your C9s have a pretty badass port job on them, right?

Well if you believe the guy i bought them from, they came "off a 600hp 351W that was in a dirt track car". I don't know about all that, but they're hogged out pretty good and have 1.94s in them. I have a buddy who has a similarly built 347 but his cam is an Ed Curtis cam, has a little more lift, he's EFI and has Victor 2.02 heads on it and he made i think 380/399 at the wheels. If 205s are worth 35hp+ at the wheels over my C9s, i'd buy a set.

I was talking trick flows, but either way the raised port location will not require a special header.

Hell my Macs hang so low i could probably run a raised port and be better off.

I think they are only raised by like 1/8'' so its not anything that would really make a difference

WOOOO HOOOOOO just was at dyno day with car made 510hp and 411ftlbs with AFR 205s and Super victor intake. Difference of 93hp from last year with AFR 185s and smaller single plane intake. I will post up the dyno sheet on my build thread.
