...lights on mirror don't work...cig lighter doesn't work...rear 1/4 windows don't go down

Dash lights, cruise control, p. mirrors, p. top, door windows and power locks DO work.

This is on a '90 7-Up.

Any idea what it could be? I don't care about the interior lights so much, although it would be nice to have as map lights, but i REALLY want the 1/4 windows down!

Last question - if it could be a fuse, which one and where is it located?

Thanks!

Doesn't sound like it's fuses according to my Chilton or Owner's Manual since none of those are really connected through one fuse. You could just check all your fuses to see if any are burnt.

Otherwise, sounds like maybe burnt bulbs, maybe cig lighter is old and broken and possibly broken window motors?
