would you pick this up for $2000

i always wanted a white LX 5.0. I know its still a speed density but it has a 5 lug swap, 5 speed, and looks pretty clean.

assuming its in good shape and i can walk away with it for $2000 would you pick it up?

Wont hurt to check it out, but I wouldn't be expecting much for a $2,000 car.

Trust me.... a craigslist photo doesn't tell squat. The front grille area seems all a little off, lie it has been wrecked or something. I traveled over sixty miles to see what looked like an awesome LX, got there and it had no buisness on the road.

Looks like a decent deal.
You can't expect too much for 2 grand.
Being 5 lug already saves you some trouble.
As long as it shifts good and doesn't burn much oil, i'd say you are good to go.
White is easy to clean up, and all the minor stuff wrong with that car can be fixed cheap.
Parts are a dime a dozen.

IK have been saving money for another FOX, but can tell you that I have been pickey. Go look at it. For the price, something is wrong or the guy needs money. If the guy needs money, you have a good buy. Check it out and decide for yourself. If the problems are something you can fix; go for it. If you get a deal; go for it. If someone else has "f" ed it up. dont screw with it.
