im just messing with you. i got pulled over last year. "illegal lane change". Which never happened. He also wrote me a ticket for driving without insurance, because i had a card that just expired. He would bother with calling to verify, i even offer for him to use my cell.

He also got edgy because i handed him military id and a ccl, and i told him my pistol was under the seat. i called him on the traffic laws and he told me to take it up with the judge, total dick.

You were in a parking lot? A private parking lot? DOes it say this on a ticket?

I don't think you need a lawyer. 'Course I didn't have a chance to go to court since it was in Utah, tell me if I'm wrong. You've got all the prove on your side. He has no evidence. You should win in a heartbeat.

dude it isnt worth the lawyer fees. go to court and try to get the ticket dismissed or go volunteer for traffic school. this will drop the ticket and most insurance co's give you a freebie before your insurance rates take off.

Impeeding in MI is you just pay the fine, and the points get dropped. The ticket is still on record though, so if you get pulled over, the cops still see you have priors, so don't lie to them....but your insurance won't go up.

ok so now im pissed. the oficer is saying i was revving my engine and squealing my tires. and his exact words. i was impressed with how the car handled since you wenrt side ways!!!! well no **** becasue the tires never broke traction!!!!!!!!

how do whitness work? a kid in my class im not even friends with him but he said he saw me and that i did none of that. im getting a laywer.

im so pissed becasue all i did was pull out of my spot and no shift.

and he says he estimates my sped at 50+mph. no ****ing way!!!!!

no way am i trying this myself now. not with his bowl **** story.

laywer fees are better then no licence at all. insurance rates. being FORCED to sell my mustang.

Since he says you were spinning the tires go to the parking lot and take pics of it where the spinning was supposed to have happened, no marks no spinning, unless you have special non skid mark making tires , and just explain to the judge about the car just being worked on to stop a vibration at whatever the rpm was, tell him you did over rev the car in first gear to get to that rpm to see if it was fixxed, but you in no way were speeding or spinning the tires, I wasn't there but I think your story sounds legit, no law against driving in the wrong gear, it just happens your car is loud so it seemed to the cop you were speeding, maybe take a clip of the car at that rpm in that gear to show the judge the speedo. Hope it turns out well Good Luck, and a witness should do you good.

I had my dropped off due to "bad notes". He knew it was bs pulling me over, plus military background and my father being a 20 year member of the force helps too
