wrong pcv?

can you install the wrong pcv? or do they all work the same? I bought one from autozone that would fit my gromet and had the hose inlet pointing up so I got it...are pcv's 'universal' for any motor?

you can run any pcv so long as it fits the ford grommet. i run a twin turbo supra pcv valve w/supra grommet inside of a ford grommet. fits real tight and is supposedly better for forced induction cause the valve is smaller.

the one from autozone has that plastic thing on there w/ 2 connections..you can actually pull that off and hook your hose directly to the pcv...that's what I did. Replace the screen too if you haven't recently...autozone didn't have it; I got mine at O'Reillys

oh I didn't know that pulled off. I was gonna get a similar license plate made "GT 306" lol. I like how that looks on your missouri plate, so mine should look good =)
