If you want factory, you will probably have to refinish used components unless you get lucky and find NOS parts. The aftermarket is not yet making replacements for our cars like the rest of the older Mustangs. Of course the AT shifter bezels for the '71 - '73 Mustangs look a lot like ours, and I think that they are reproduced.
If you are looking for custom parts, you might look at aftermarket shifters like the B&M Hammer as most of those come with a bezel. Lokar makes a nice emergency brake handle with a leather cover that you could use instead of the factory MII cover.
