WTB: Older Xbox 360s

Since we don't have a BST for this stuff anymore, I figured I'd just post it here

Looking for any 360 that hasn't been on Xbox Live since last summer. If you have one or know someone who does, I'll pay good money for it.

Needs to have a dash version of 7371 or lower, like this pic, but obviously not 8955

Well poop, I have one, but really it's broken (red ring). I last had it on live when ODST came out and that might not be back far enough for what you need.

The 3 red rings i wouldn't care about, I can fix that no problem. ODST came out in September so that's past the June 2009 ish cutoff. Thanks though

what is 'good money'?

june cutoff? the last time mine was connected to the internet was around mid august (maybe late july) playing BF 1942 or whatever that $15 game was.

I'll pay up to $100 for a console only if its broken, and more if its in working order.

August is too late, anything past 7371 dash won't work. You can check your dash version in console settings, it will look like the pic I posted.

my understanding is that M$ released an update that literally short-circuits a component on the motherboard which is why you need one before that particular time-frame when they released the update? that could have been very costly for M$
