hey

First of all. My current (exaust) mod is the Flowmaster American thunder cat back system with 2 1/2 inch pipes to the factory H-Pipe.

My question is.....If I am looking for an Catted X-Pipe that will make the car exhaust LOUDER. which system is suited for me? And, I need a mid x pipe that will fit nicely to the Factory Headers with no install fitting problems....
Any suggestions?

I need the Converterz....Mass Law is strict... I would never pass Inspection with no catayic converterz....there HAS to be an X-pipe that will make a Louder... But of coarse not as loud as an Off road X pipe......but thats ok.

whats with the smileys?

Buy and offroad X. don't get a catted one, sure they are a LITTLE louder (2 cats versus stock 4 cats) but they're definetly not what you want. Just throw the stock H pipe back up the night before inspection. duh. That's what I did.

Why pay a mechanic? do it yourself. If you dont know how, get a book and learn how, or get someone who does and have them show you. You will waste a lot of money having mechanics do all your wrench work, when most of it you can do yourself.

I have a catted SLP X and I love it... It's a mod pipe so you can remove the cats and put in a race pipe whenever you want...I think the bassani will do the same thing also...

i have a magnaflow catted x pipe, and it made my exhaust noticably louder, install wasnt a pain at all but if you have to bring it somewhere just make sure they know what they are doing with the O2 senseors as you dont want to be replacing those things.
