xcalibrator2 fan settings on 02 gt

my xcalibrator2 is coming in a couple of and i forgot to tell them i had a 180 degree thermostat.do i need to change the fan settings to come on earlier?can i change the settings without messing up the tune they programmed in?i could always put the 195 degree back in if its much trouble.i don't have the xcalibrator yet so i don't know the changes i'm able to make without having the manual.can anyone update me on this?

You can always post your file on the SCT forums and Ryan will fix it for you.

He does this a lot faster than any dealer I know.

If the dealer used SCT's base tunes, it'll already be done.
