Yellow powder coming out of seat. Making a mess

Anyone else have this? It looks like seat foam material in powdery form. It's coming out the side corners on the back and on the lower front. Every time I sit down it POOFs out ..spilling a little here and there.Making a mess on the floor. Even the passenger seat is doing it and it isn't even worn and never gets sat in. Inspected the seat foam underneath and it looks fine. Doesn't even come loose when I scratch at it.

Then they must have filled the seat innards with pollen....its been doin this for a year.

So, it's disintegrating, I figured that . Wonder why the passenger seat is doing it though? It's like a brand new seat still.
