Well i got some new parts getting ready to go on the stang. Here they are

These are MAC Ceramic coated 1 3/4in long tubes with 3in collectors. Im hoping they will help the 347 breathe better and pick up a few ponies. Im using 1 5/8 shorties right now.
View attachment 382280

This is a Dr. Gas 3in to 2.5in shorty X. So it is 3in where it connects to the headers and after the cross over it tapers down to 2.5in to meet up with the catback. Seems like a nice piece. Needs to be welded up though.

Here is my new cobra bumper. I am so excited to get this painted and put on. It should look nice. And my stock bumper is all scrapped and spiderwebbed and rock chipped. So that should be a nice looks improvement. Im still not sure whether or not to go with stock cobra fogs or crystal clear fogs, what do you guys think?

That just sounds gross.

The new parts look great.
Personally, I'd go with non-OEM fogs but that's just me (when buying something new, I like to get something different than what came on cars from the factory). A clear or smoked combo (fogs, heads and corners) would look neat.

I'd have to agree about the stock foglights.
They are pretty much useless.
I just recently took them off my car.
I think the GT front bumper cover looks better without foglights.

I have those headers, with a 3 inch Prochamber and 3 inch cat back/3 inch chrome tips. Headers still look brand new. Ceramic is the way to go on headers.

I just took my headers off the car because the ceramic is coming off in flakes. Talked to MAC and they are gonna stand behind their product. I will post pictures of them in a few minutes. Little history on the headers. Ordered 5-27-05, sat in the box for about 6 months before the motor was ready to go in the car. Now 2 years later and roughly 5000 miles they look like S**T. So keep up with your receipt on them.

Now this is not a Flame towards MAC in any way, they are ni the process fo working with me on getting it resolved. I was just posting up some useful info about what to look out for.

I have the Dr. Gas 3" to 2.5" X going into a 4 year old MAC Cat back and the sound is truely unique. Everyone can tell when I am coming down the road. If you like I can post some vids for you to listen to.

I used a 5/8" flare cap from Lowes or Home Depot. I have the part number for it somewhere in my tool box. I will look this evening for it and post it up.
