I e-mailed comp for a cam recommendation, and he suggested this cam. Since its a "specialty" cam, and not many people know a whole lot about it, I asked him if the XE262H would work well. He said that is probably too big for my appication, although it is borderline. I haven't asked him about the XE256H yet, but I bet it would work pretty good. I'm just trying to get some more information about this cam he keeps suggesting. Can anybody look at the specs and tell me anything about it? I'm not good at just looking at numbers and figuring out the characterists. Anything you know from these specs would help. Thanks
I would run this part #31-412-4, this is one of my specialty cams. It
is kind of a small cam with a tight seperation, which will provide torque and
the sound you are looking for. Here is the spec card for that cam.
