It fits really loosely I haven't taken it out yet. Does it just pull straight out?
Do NOT install breathersor modify the PCV system airflow in any way.. It is ok to filter it but do not block it or modify the flow.
That is indeed one of the many schools of thought on the issue... I do not agree however.There is nothing wrong with using breathers, but you have to do it correctly. You have to use them on both sides, not just one, or it will allow unmetered air into the system.

I went to the Zone the other day looking for a new PCV just to change them out. the idles been a wandering a little. I cant find what PCV valve fits my car?![]()
do NOT get an autozone PCV... they're terrible and allow a ton of blowby

I doubt his idle has anything to do with the PCV other than it may have gummed up the IAC.
Things to check first for wandering idle:
IAC, TPS voltage, vacuum leaks.
Jstreet...do you have a link that shows all the vac locations in our cars? That would be helpful for me too....
