Ordered Bullitt Pedals

The install isn't bad at all. The brake and clutch were the easiest. 5 minutes tops after boiling them.

The gas pedal is horrible! In fact, I can make you life a lot easier with this recommendation: take the whole pedal off, just break off the prior pedal and them use a punch and hammer and smash out the old pin that held in the old pedal. Once done, go to Home Depot and buy a nut and bolt to replace it. I bought a bag of 5 for $2 and it saves you the trouble of putting the old pin back in (IMPOSSIBLE!). I actually have some leftover nuts and bolts as I just did this 2 weeks ago. PM me if you want a nut and bolt. :nice:

Good luck!

did the same thing

I have my set sitting on my table waiting for warmer weather to install.

I know that nobody else sees the pedals, but for some reason they stand out a lot and are noticable...to me at least. I do care what my car looks like...even if i'm the only one seeing it

Bullitt pedals were like my first mod!
i have to say they were a nightmare for me, the clutch and the brake anyway. I made the HUGE mistake of using WD40 as lubricant and then i cut one of my finger on the bare pedal and got WD40 in it and it stung like a mothertrucker! It finally ocurred to me to boil them for a while and that worked like a charm. Oh and be carful if you try and use a flat head screw driver to put them on, the rubber can rip pretty easily.

I'm mad..the ebay seller didn't have them in stock so i asked for a refund. I'm going to just ordered them from American Muscle, i just got my other stuff in TWO DAYS (unbelievable)

mine are sitting in the glovebox, tried for like 2 mins then thought "sod that" now i dont have a break pedal cover lol!

Si

P.S the reason i got mine is that the rubber ones that come on the car had worn out so needed some new ones, made sense to get the Bullit ones!
