From an ALL TIME HIGH to an ALL TIME LOW in 30 minutes or less

So lemme get this straight...
You were sitting in the left lane at a stop, with your turn signal on, and oncoming traffic stopped to yield you the right of way.
This asshat decides that he doesn't want to wait behind the car infront of him and whips around and hits you.
If that is correct then you need to go to court. He made an unsafe lane change making it impossible for you to yield to him. You had already yilded to that lane of traffic AND the lane of traffic that he came from. It's not your fault that he decided to violate a traffic law that resulted in an accident.

I agree with Daggar.........take that guy to court! However, did you get any witnesses? If anyone stopped that saw the accident, I hope you got their phone numbers also, usually the cop gets all the information. If so call them up, get their statements and go to court.

hey....just be glad it wasnt a mustang!....haha....really though...if his car was totaled...then you'd be in the hospital right now......my cousin wrecked his 88 notchback one night....he was in first gear...not even goin that fast.....yielding to oncoming traffic going to make a left..........all traffic gone......he pulls out...and a lady ran a red from his right...plowed him in the right front...totaled the car....

g-paw was in the passenger side....my cous was driving......he broke a collar bone.......g-paw was pinned in had to be pulled out but came out with scratches.............
just think......if you were in a mustang you'd be posting from a laptop in a hospital....haha.......
glad to here your ok man........hope you can fix the truck and all..........have you found out an estmate on the repair?

Exactly. I told the cop that and the other driver confirmed it, and she still cited me. im going to call the DA today and see what can be done before i go to court.
I talked to a few people last night, and they are saying the same thing as you guys. One lady decided to stop and see if we were ok, but other than that, noone stopped to help or anything.. hell, i helped the other guy push his car off to the side of the road.
I am so thankful i was able to come right back to work and noone was injured. By looking at that picture, i dont see how G-pa got out of there without more injuries.. thats insane!!!! I went home last night.. took the car cover offa my mustang and petted her for a little bit just thinking of what it woulda looked like if i had been driving it instead

I already have a lightning front bumper cover that has a billet grille in it... Im about to buy the upper grille for it now.. I dont believe the side ground effects will work since i dont have a flare side bed

This is the same bumper cover thats gonna get put on it, but instead of that mesh stuff, it will have the billet horizontal bars on the openings.

you know i was looking at strypes chop in the CT thread and thought your truck looked jacked case he photshopped it - then the closer i looked, i was like wtf is it messed up? so i search and find this!
