Setup:
306
AFR 185s
Edelbrock Performer
150 Shot plate kit
70mm TB
75mm MAM
Shorty Headers
Offroad Xpipe
Flowmaster Catback

Questions:
Which cam? Is an off the shelf one good enough or should I get a custom, if so, who should do it?

What size fuel injectors?

Do I need my pistons notched?

What plugs for nitrous and off nitrous?

Thanks

Nik

1.Custom cam is ALWAYS best, check out www.camshaftinnovations.com

2. maybe 24lb but a tune would definatly help you know where your at a/f wise.

3. There is no one that can tell you that over the internet. You HAVE to check it, or have someone who knows what their doing check it.

4.Autolite 3924 plugs is a good place to start for N/A (No nitrous) rule of thumb is one step colder plug for every 50-75 hp of nitrous. Also 2 degrees of timing for every 50 hp nitrous.

Good luck man , sounds like you will have a very nice steup when you get done.

Go 45lb and use a holley Fuel pressure regulator. Don't use those broke down Autozone $10.95 FP regulators. Your car will end up in car prison for indecent exposure because it will look like it's pissing in public. LOL
