haha.. jk. but really.. do u guys think spending 50 on the locking header bolts is worth it? plus the extra hassle of removing the studs.. when there looks to be already no room to work with
No room to work with would be exactly the reason to go with the locking header bolts. You're going to have to get in there once, to install them, no matter what type of bolt you get. The locking header bolt are a sure fired guarantee you won't need to climb back down there again, to tighten a non-locking bolt, that's worked it's way loose.
I cheaped out with my bolts and used the ones that came with my headers. So far, so good, but if they ever work themselves loose, I’ll be kicking myself in the ass. I’ll have to undo the motor mounts and lift the engine to get to them a second time.
