Got some 2000 seats from a friend. He had them in his son's '95, but his son didn't want leather.

You can tell they're satin and not really black. But even without it matching perfect I think they still look better than those old seats.

And...while I was outside...

Our Mustang college house:

...now if only the other two roommates would get Mustangs...:D

holy nice college house. you should see where I am living right now

the eaves have become infected by some brown sludge which is now forming icicles and dripping on anyone who tries to enter the house....

Threaten to kick them out.

If you see a lime green color in the garage in front of my car, it's a turbo '95 Civic that can run. My roommate bought it for like $3k and is de-ricing it and fixing it up more so he can get $6k for it and buy a Fox-body to turbo.

holy nice college house.

Thanks. College housing in this area goes for over $500 a room in a 4/4 suite(aka small ass kitchen/living room). It's actually cheaper for 5 of us to rent a brand new 5/4, than it is for us to move into some crappy student apartment.
Funny to think we're all taking the cheap way out, but I guess we just got lucky.

It's totally a mass-produced cookie-cutter home. I would, personally, never invest in one of these houses.

Even in my area college apartments like he mentioned are 600 a month. Small ass kitchen, bathroom, and a living/bedroom. Recently a local place that housed a ton of Marshall students burned down. Killed 9.

I take the REAL cheap way out. I live at home lol. Exactly 10 miles from Marshall so it would be retarded for me to rent a house or apartment. Plus I'd be poor then.

I live in an efficiency about 10 minutes away from my college(with no traffic). I have no complaints. Was 400 with everything included but just went up to 500. Everything included, DSL, Satelite, elec, water. Pretty good deal. No help from the parents bought my car on my own and I like to think I am doing pretty good. Though I cant do as much to my car as quick as I would like to but hey thats life. Oh and JIC your wondering I got a sweet deal on my apartment because the owner of the house is my g/f's dad, lol.:D

On a side note, you guys suck man. lol theres no stangnetters down south by me, I need some real mustang people to hang out with, tired of all these damn GM's and ricers for friends I have, lol.

When I started at UCF in 2002, I was paying $465 for a suite; I had my own room with bathroom, and shared the rest of the small ass living room and kitchen with 3 other people. The next year it was $489 per room. Now they're well over $500 which totals to $2000 which is what we're renting this 5/4 house for. So we split our rent 5-ways based on rooms: The master is the most and the two that have to share a bathroom are the cheapest. Then we split the utilities, and cable/internet evenly 5-ways.

The thing that was bull**** about living in college housing is that they just say you went over in utilities and have to pay them the difference. But one month during the summer there was only one of my roommates living there and they managed to charge us the most for utilities that month, pretty much proving there's no system, they just charge an arbitrary number.

Hmm...There are thousands of Mustangs at UCF. You should take a trip up here. We got FFW here this weekend...I can't wait to go to Hooters Friday night for the burnout contest.
