Predator Tire Size Parameters

Need to get this done b4 I leave for the track...

I just mounted some Mickey's *255/50/16* tires onto my car. The stock wheels & tires are 235/50/18. So, I'm trying to adjust my tire size with my Predator but I'm not seeing how.

I've found the actual section to modify that parameter but dunno WTF to enter for the change. Can anyone plz lend me a hand here? Thx!

Your stock tire height is 27.2" and according to the MT site, the drag tire is 27.1". I wouldn't even worry about adjusting revs per mile.

Yeah, I was thinkin'...waste of my time. It's only for the track and it doesn't effect anything other than my speedometer.

My bad!!!!! I looked at the 15" wheel. The 16" wheel is 26.1" Being that yours is the manual, it won't matter to much anyhow. You will be going slower than it will be showing is all.

Easy fix. I do this every time I put the drag radials on my 07 GT. In the Predator menu, you can adjust for "tire revolutions per mile." Your 255/50/16 Mickey's should turn approximately 775 revolutions per mile.

My car has the stock 235/50/18's just like yours and I set the Predator to 758 revolutions per mile and found that to be most accurate. Not sure what yours is set at currently, but hopefully it's close to 758. Because your Mickeys are shorter, they turn more revolutions per mile than your factory 18's, hence the reason why you have to adjust up to 775.

Don't forget to "install new tune" when prompted, then change the tune back to 758 for your stock tires.
