I was going to guess the Red Wings since I know they have been pretty dominet or were for quite awhile but I had no idea what years it was.

Yes. Most of the time it was like he was playing at 1/2 his potential.

Ducks had a rough road trip... They'll get better once Gugeure and ??? return to the line up though.

Anyone think Pitsburg will make it back to the playoffs this year? I have a theory about up & down teams but I wonder what everyone else thinks.

what do you guys think? he broke his stick on his face, i say throw the book at him and suspend him for like 50 games. these dirty hits have to stop, the puck was already at center ice when he hit him!

i'm also excited about this! jonthan toews first NHL goal. he is from Winnipeg and my uncle coached him for a couple of years. for the past 5 years or so i have heard my uncle talking about him and how he will be in the NHL one day and now here he is only 19 years old

I totally agree this guy should miss the rest of the NHL season. And not because they need to make an example but becuase:

1) It was a clearly pre meditated hit since they weren't fighting over the puck. Shoot the puck wasn't even near the Canuck

2) This guy has done this in a different league before

3) Stick to the Jaw...

4) The Game was clearly in control yet the player still goes on this "run"

so how many of you watched this game start to finish?

the fact that Kesler chased Boulerice around the rink knocking him down all night and taking runs at Briere and Gagne. While he should be suspended is the hit as bad as the one laid out by Downie?? did anyone see blood, or sign of concussion? As bad as the hit was Kesler made it look worse than it was. he'll likely get 20 games.

The road trip is over... They were consistently saying that a .500 record coming home from this road trip would be great. They almost got there.

Just wait until the team gets healthy.

I think Neid's is retiring and Salane will come back... any one else have an opinion?

Pitsburg... who knows? It's all up in the air this early. Give it a couple of months and we will see.
