Well they've managed not to lose to any unranked teams...

i'll give you that one, but you put them against a non joke unranked team, that should be ranked, like auburn, they're going to lose too. auburn should be above all of them, along with UF. it's just sad that auburn was unranked when we played them, cause they are actually a good team.

Michigan State might put up a fight next week. Just depends on which team shows up. But I'm not holding my breath over it.

The Buckeyes hardest game will still be the last one of the season against Michigan in the Big House. The teams absolutely hate each other and it might be the deciding game on who wins the Big 10.

yeah. i agree. it's sad that the team that has the best chance to "upset" osu is the same one to lose to app. state. :(

the ironic thing that comes to mind to me.... if osu wins it out, and then either UF or LSU goes to the NC against them.... it could be very very similar to last year's NC game.

and i still think that the big10 needs a champ game...

I wouldnt consider Ohio States remaining schedule cake. I agree that thus far they havent had it too tough. But still holding even so-so teams to an average of 7 points a game aint too shabby.

Wisconsin and Illinois are ranked right now, probably wont be next week. But UM and Penn State will most likely be ranked next week. UM is certainly not a top 5 team, but they are not as bad as they showed in the first two games.

They cant, NCAA rules say in order to have a Champ Game a conference needs 12 teams. The big 10 only has 11, they tried to get Notre Dame before but ND didnt want to join up. If they joined they would have to split all bowl appearance money amonst all the teams in the conference, this way ND gets it all since they are independant.

Id like to see Louisville join the Big 10. They are closer geographically to the Big 10 teams than the Big East teams.

I don't think that'll ever happen. I'd like them to play more in conference games and the out of conference games only be against other top conferences. No more games stupid games with MAC conference teams to pad the schedule. Like EMU would ever be able to beat Michigan, just crazy...

App State beat Michigan, so it could happen :rlaugh:

But seriously all major conference teams schedule BS cup cake games in the non-conference. Alot are in state teams and basically warm up games for the conference seasons.

wisconsin proved today they were a joke. illinois is better than usual, but still a ron zook coached team, and still a mostly joke. penn state is an ok team, i'll give them that. UM on the other hand, is still a joke in my book. sure, they played ok the past few games, but those first two were evidence, and the last few were against not too tough of games. didnt prove much.

i guess my point i'm trying to make is to see someone like OSU as #1, when the only reason UF, LSU, UK, USCe, and others like that have losses is cause we HAVE to beat each other up in the toughest conference ever. and it just bugs me that osu could get the trip to the game so easily compared to an sec schedule.

the problem with ND not wanting to split the bowl game money is they have to make it to a bowl game :nice:
