Anybody have pics of Cervini's Heat Extractor hood?

I'm trying to decide between the Heat Extractor, 2.5" cowl, and Cobra R. I've seen plenty of pics and cars in person with the 2.5" cowl and Cobra R hoods, but I've never seen anything but the picture on Cervini's website of the heat extractor, like seen below.

I'd like to see it form other angles and such and specifically on a black car. Also, I will be running a Kenne Bell 302 baseed with MM strut tower brace and Prothane motor mounts. I don't think I would even need a cowl to run that combo, but just to make sure it would fit under the heat extractor hood right?

Someone used this hood when swapping in an 03/04 cobra drivetrain and he said that it has as much clearance, if not more, in the middle of the hood than a 2.5 in cowl. He said that the way it rises it is at least 1 inch higher everywhere from front to back and not as much of a slope that cuts off clearance on cowls.

thats sweet!!! didnt know it had as much of a rise on it. are the vents real? or just solid inserts?

The vents are OE 03/04 Cobra pieces. They are functional.

casey- Im in the same boat as you and I considered going with this same hood. I highly doubt it would clear the snout of the KB.. but if you get one and it works let me know!!!!

Why wouldn't it clear? A Kenne Bell fits under the stock hood just fine and this has lots more room than that.

wythors: what tips are those? (tailpipes)

I have an SLP cat back.

I would love to see more pics of this red car, Maybe some full size pics with the whole car in the picture. Would really appreciate it. dont mean to high jack a thread but this is the exact look I'm going for.

ehh doesnt flow with the fox lines at all in my opinion. Doesn't look bad, but the fact it doesnt even come close to the cowl vent and doesn't go with the lines of the car kind of kills it for me. I wonder if they could make it more fox oriented or not?

Doesnt look like a factory hood to me. IMO the picture LOOKS to have rise in the back and a dip in the front. Since the snout of the KB sticks out on top of the motor...not sure if there would be any interferencce issues. I have a 3/8 spacer as well for my fuel rails etc.

Like Withers said, doesn't the KB fit under a stock hood?

BTW, thanks for the pics Withers. I was searching your previous posts and your website, but couldn't find any of your hood.

There is quite a bit more room than the stock hood. I've got a friend with a KB'd Fox and, looking at the two side by side, it's obvious that it would fit under mine with no problems at all.
