Still Shopping for the Right Wheel, Opinions Valued

Help me pick. I am getting closer and closer to picking the right set of shoes for the Mustang and really would like for your opinions. Good or bad, all are appreciated.

I'll start with a picture of my car (I currently have the Center Fog Light Kit with a Pony Badge eiliminating the grille you see here). I'm hoping to get some updated pics if the weather cooperates this weekend.

I'm starting to agree that the Torq Thrust is the better looking wheel. Especially with my appearance mods to date. Anyone else, opinions?

I don't mind the stock polished wheels, I just prefer the deeper lip. Especially on the rear wheels. Plus, you can't go much past a 245 series tire on a 8" rim.

Definitely the Torq Thrusts with some tall fatties on the rear!
BFG g-Force KDW
295/40 for the rear(29.5" tall 12" wide)will fit on stock suspension. Mine are 28.3" tall 11. 5" wide and have enough room to grow to the size above
245/40 for the front(27.7" tall 9.8" wide)
IMO that will fill the wheels wells nicely and give that old school look of big meaty tires even on the 20" wheels and without needing to lower your car.

The U66 Ride's look like hard nipples poking out

Headlights should not be 'on' down there.

Not in the consideration set but I personally want some FR500 looking wheels I think they look great especially in black with polished lip but that's just me.

hard choice for you though. you wanna go old school or euro..? I guess it's up to what you're building your car to be. I might be nuts or maybe it's a carryover from my 240/drift days but I'd like to see some mixed torq thrust wheel packages with 5 spokes for the turning wheels and 6 spokes for the power wheels, once again that's just me.

Yes, they do, but only because the early Miata wheels were likely Panasport copies of the original Minilites as run on ACTUAL MUSTANG RACING CARS in the 60s and 70s. That may not be impressive to you, but I was there, and they are inscribed in my memory as a feature of the best racing series in my experience. You want to match a potent aspect of genuine Retro Mustang Life? Those'll do it.
