coupe rear seats in a convertible?

I'm pretty sure I've seen some folks here that have done it and I was wonder if there is anything unexpected I'll need to deal with?

I just got a set of Mach 1 seats for my convertible and I'd really like to be able to use rear seat too

How did your conversion go? I am too purchasing 2003 Mach 1 seats from a coupe and placing them in a 1994 5.0 convertible.

The width is not the same. The convertible seats are narrower and mount different.

You can certainly make anything fit with fabrication, but if you want a clean install, you are better off selling the rear seat, or using the material to reupholster the rear seat to match.
