I order a set of GT4 18inch wheels and tires from them 2 weeks ago. They came in a little surf damage but nothing to serious. I called American Muscle and spoke to Brain. I was amazed how cool they were with the whole thing, they didn't make me feel like I was scamming them.

Brain gave me option on what to do, either send them back give me new ones, take money off, or take money off something else that they sell. I figured it was easier just for me to get some money back for the both of us. I ended up gettin more things from A.M. and i'm a very happy customer. I'm happy to say that A.M. will get more business from me because there good people.

Thats good to hear man. AM is definaltly a place that offers top notch customer service. They always ship me my orders quick too. Ive only had one issue with them that wasnt even a big deal but I mentioned it to AM Nick on here and he went above and beyond to help me out. The only thing is ive noticed they have downsized their inventory a lot from what it was for 99-04 stangs. But I still go to them FIRST whenever Im looking for a particular part.

Thats the SAME EXACT issue I had with them. The guy tried telling me AM NIck was wrong and he had more say than Nick did after Nick had said it was ok to use it over the phone. I mentioned it to him and he promptly found out who took my order and took care of it. He made it a point to say that I was going to get the discount even after I told him it wasnt a big deal. Thats what I call service!

I had my chrome bullet wheels quick. Ordered Monday, installed them Wednesday. They came in with the plastic rim gaurds and they were wrapped perfectly. I was very happy.

in all honesty i dont understand what is so hard about a parts company to run a business like american muscle. we have all heard the horror stories about RPM outlet and UPR accusing customers of damaging parts. they make the buying process so easy and seamless. and if there are problems they correct them promptly. i dont even care if some parts are [slightly] more expensive at american muscle. it doesnt happen often and the free shipping and customer service more than make up for it.

Yeah, American Muscle rocks! I have ordered a few things from them. I kinda felt bad for not ordering my wheels from them after Nick got it all set up
The have the best service and some of the fastest shipping I have ever used when ordering parts.

I too have orderd a few things from AM and have always been more then satisfied with there customer service. When I called to order my car cover they informed me that I had a $8 credit because they had overcharged me for my badges and shorty antenna. Most companys out there probably would not have done that. All in all a great company to deal with. There are more then a few companys out there that can learn from them.

I ordered slp lm1 mufflers and pypes o/r x on monday and it was at my house tuesday morning. A.M. is a great company to deal with. I wish they sold MGW shifters because stangmods took forever to ship it. Both copany had great customer service though.
