So I have a 08 GT/CS and I just read that these cars have a 1.5" lower ride height than the GTs. Are they talking about the decreased ground clearance due the the front air dam, or does my car actually have different springs than the ones of GTs?
If the latter is true, does this mean my ride height wouldn't change if I installed the FRPP K springs (1.5" drop)?

They are refering to the clearance at the air dam. Its an inch or so lower than a regular GT. The springs are the same as a gt. Sucks I know. Just like Ford stating that the CS is supposed to have "cali special" embroidered on the head rests. Mine doesn't and I've yet to see one that does.

+1 to the air dam being lower than the regular GT...
Here is a GT/CS riding on the FRPP K springs wearing 275/40-18 up front and 285/40-18 out back...also has naked head rests:(

her car looks great and really makes me want the cs front and rear bumper even more....but your car doesn't help with the gt500 front end either.:nice:

You could paint the center piece on your CDC classic bumper black and that would look very much like a GT/CS front bumper. All you need then is the back.

I would love to have one of those rear bumpers myself and go with the GT500 scheme, bumper black sideskirts, and bumper black CDC Classic. Or if I find a pot of gold GT/CS rear and Roush front end. :)

I can only dream.
