wheres the blinker fluid reservoir?

thats for the replies, guess Im gonna swap the ignition lock, then check for loose harness's or grounded wires while Im in there.

They're talking about the ignition switch (an electrical item), not the lock cylinder.

I probably missed it, but you did already swap flashers, correct? If so, did you upgrade to an electronic unit?
 
I think its the ignition lock, not the switch because when you turn the key to ON position it kinda studders, dont really know how to explain it.

the flasher is that round silver thing if fuse panel right? I replaced that with a regular one, it was like 4 bucks, there was an electric one (it was like see-thru neon green) for 10 bucks but didnt think it was nessasary. Im I even thinking of the right part? or Im I way off base?
 
thanks, you guys were right it was the switch, once I pulled the shrowed off then unplugged it it fell into like 4 peices, springs and balls flying everywhere

also fixed the stalling problem too!
