People amaze me

and? if they would be happy in another ride who cares, i'll be honest with you i would NEVER DD a fox, they are fun cars but not comfortable cars

I daily drove a 7 year old Capri for years when I started at PennState. Couldnt kill that thing with a shotgun never left me stuck anywhere. Glad when I was able to get this fox 3 years ago. Granted its certainly not a DD mostly because I need to replace the top but so long as it doesnt rain during the warm weather I plan to drive it everywhere. Once I changed the seats it became a really comforatble car to drive.
In general though I dont daily drive anything older than 3 years.

i agree wiht that tho, i like having a truck to drive every day, Me and this old lady backed into each other at 5mph(declared no fault by the insurance), well her car needed a new quarter, and my bumper had a tiny scrace in it :D

My father had a guy in a vette run into his hitch on his Ram 2500 at a gas station Truck sat up real high so the drop for the ball came down real far. Ran the hitch right through his hood. It was bad going in but made much worse when he pulled back.

I miss my f150 too I might need to get another at the end of this lease im in.

eh, not sure how you build yours, but mine is plenty comfy to DD. The only reason I don't is my 400 HP / 30 MPG vette :D which I have just for DD duties. But I have no problem hopping in the GT and running to Niagra Falls, Cape Cod, or Charleston. My FOX is the most comfortable vehicle I own.

i HATED DD'ing my fox...
never again.
i agree with guy, i love my car and love driving it but its not the most comfortable car to DD. getting 10mpg and having dumps dont make traffic fun either.

I DD'd my fox for a year until I got tired of all the **** that broke down. That should all be resolved here in a couple of days. Then it will be my DD again. The truck can rest in the driveway until I go fishing on the weekends.

think of driving a nascar on the street, its like that, with black interior

25000 is insane, but if someone has a really nice fox that is stock or redone like we see in a lot of our progress threads, then I say they are worth every bit of the 7,500 or 10,000 that people ask. It's a lot of work to restore one. It's a lot of work to keep one stock and pampered also. I've gotten more money for the last two fox bodies I sold in 2008, then I did for the two I sold back in 2001 and in 2005. I got double for Hack Job and 2,500 more for my black notch versus what I sold my other two for years ago.
