Hello all, looking to get a clutch that can handle some TQ. At this time im unable to run more than 7lbs of boost b/c my S#% center force DF clutch slips. I called center force and told them they have no where on there site with tq ratings. I told them I got a mid level clutch from them and it should hold the power my car is making. They came back and said I could have gotten the mid level cobra version,WTF or here's a good idea centerforce POST THE TQ RATINGS ON YOUR SITE!! So, I would recommend to all stangnet NOT TO DEAL WITH CENTERFORCE!! Moving forward, Im looking for something that will last for dd use and hold 500-600rwtq..

i have tried a couple clutches, but if you want to drive it everyday and have stock pedal feel there is nothing better than a dual disc setup. I have the mcleod daul disc there are a bunch of them out there now.
I got sick of the chattery on/off of the spec 3+ had and went for it. I would never go back and waste money on anything else.

My Terminator makes 591rwhp and 548rwtq. I have the stock clutch and haven't had any problems. Just buy an 11" 03-04 Cobra clutch kit from the dealer and you're good.

May look into doing that, and it seems to be cheaper than my other options. I really want to up the boost already(12lbs:D), and make well over 500+tq.:nice:

P.S. I hope the stock trans/rear end can handle it as well...

spec stage 3+ great clutch and held up just fine with my car making mid 500's TQ for over 6K miles and a few track passes with the race tune.

engagement is very smooth and pedal effort is pretty light. great clutch for the money! i didnt think i would like it after driving a car with a stage 3 but the 3+ is a LOT better

Yeah Im going to look at getting the stage 2+ or stage 3+, dual disk is over kill for my car. Thanks guys

Uninstalled the trans and removed the clutch today.. Looks like the flywheel side is dead, and the pressure plate side was not as bad. The centerforce TB was toast and was when spun it was making a ton of noise. Not sure if the aluminum flywheel was the issue or not, let me know what you guys think.
