Weird brake issue?

Had some trouble the other day with my 2001 mustang v6 (automatic). Heard a noise coming from the back right wheel like a whirring/grinding when braking as slow speeds. Sound goes away after getting to about 15-20mph but I put my e brake on the other day and came out to see my rim was all rusted up. Maybe some kind of fluid leaking?

Likely brake dust,and a lot of it. Need to check your pads,calipers etc

Ok, do you think it has something to do with the caliper being bad or just needs to be cleaned?

I’d guess either you need rear brakes, or the caliper is locked up-and you need rear brakes lol
