Beers Of Stangnet

I feel like the Northeast has all the best beers. The selection is southwest TX has been pretty weak up until somewhat recently. The problem with TX beer is a lot of the brewers here go for the German style, I guess since most of these small towns have a strong German heritage. But for someone who has access to actual beers from Germany(cargo aircrew in the AF), I don't particularly enjoy these local TX German knockoffs.

Does anyone in there have the

Cilantro gene - A genetic condition where the olfactory-receptor genes allow people to strongly perceive a soapy-flavored aldehydes in cilantro leaves.

I have been finding a lot of people who have this also have an issue with Hopps. Most of the people who I know with this say that ALL beer taste the same to them. I never liked beer that much actually and this might be why. To me they do all taste the same, SUCKS,

Now, anything without Hopps in it is a different story. That is why we make Meade at the house for our own consumption.

Everything in the world is covered by a layer of marketing bullchit. I'm sure LBGTQ can surely see this too.

Sam Adams Octoberfest is now available again! :nice:
I'm finishing off the Sam Adams Oktoberfest... Working on 6-ers of Sierra Nevada and Goose Island Oktoberfests.

The Sierra Nevada is the lightest-colored one, slightly more fruity taste maybe, but one of the stronger ones at 6% abv. I do like it, but I like the other two better. :)
