I'm a dabber too.
Was this stupid dance preparing us to sneeze into our elbows during Covid?

Trying to decide what to do with these. Since LMR is making brand new replicas, will anyone really be looking for these? Or should I go get my $50 from the scrap guy?

If you like 10-holes, I'd keep two of them and order the rear two in 9-inch from LMR.
I’m going to 5-lug....... so they’d only go on a future project, if there is one.
Don’t really have room to properly store them, and hate seeing them sit on the side of the house!
We’ll see...... maybe once I get me car running again, I’ll work on refurbishing these.

Small progress, but the oil pan and gasket are back on. This was a little more difficult than anticipated, laying on my back, even with those Fel Pro “helper studs”.
They should use a few of the smaller holes toward the transmission. Those bump outs on the plate that aligns the starter doesn’t exactly let it go straight up! But it’s done. I just hope the “U’s” in the gasket seated correctly. Time will tell!

This is my right side motor mount. Should I go to urethane, or stick with OE type rubber?

It is my understanding that basically all the aftermarket rubbers are made from the same company and they suck. They don't fit well if at all and the durability is poor. I wasted an entire day trying to get the Anchor rubber mounts to fit. I then went and bought Energy Suspension poly for $150 and they fit perfect. I don't notice any added vibration between my poly motor mounts and my dad's stock mounts. Still very smooth and I highly recommend them

and important to note, I do have a rubber trans mount which does help. Our fox has poly for both and there is quite a bit more vibrations. Given the fox isn't as refined as our SN but still

I agree. If you could buy Ford OEM rubber mounts, i'd say go with those. But you can't anymore and the rubber mounts made today are junk. I've seen them as low as $6 a mount on Rockauto. They fit like crap.

I bought a set and returned them. I went with the Energy Suspenion poly and they fit very well. I'm running a rubber trans mount.

Scope Creep ;)
