It looks like you could shim that 'arm bracket' out another 1/8 inch if you wanted a "smidge" more.

Ah, I see what you’re saying. If this belt stretches anymore that may be the perfect solution.I'm talking about if you want just a hair more belt tension. If you put washers under that bracket, it will push the alt pulley [out] and give you another 1/16 - 1/8 inch.
It will push out and down so, you won't get the entire width of the washer(s).
I closely watched the belts today again. Screeched on startup, I think I narrowed down the screech to the serpentine belt this time and I think it fixed it on its own by running.
Belt slip on what pulley, the new one?
Give it a little bit. Also, check all pulley alignments now that you've spun it.
