When in stalled the alt I wired it up wrong, that has been corrected but know the car won't stay running unless I remove the little spare peice that you remove to set the timing.     I ran a extra ground (4 gauge) and still the same problem. Does it make a difference if I the alt power wire to the battery or starter silenoid, mine is to the battery.
