01 Lighting Stuttering/bogging/no boost HELP

I took my brothers 01 Lighting out and on the way home I go to give the car more gas and downshift and it stutters and will not accelerate!!
I did the code thing from the dash and got

I was driving normal, I was not beating on the truck.............
Does anyone know what they mean and what could be wrong!!!

If you try to give any more gas when driving normal it bogs and stutters and I noticed that i will not produce any boost.

i reset the battery and not i only get the 5284 code for the oil pressure
when driving the truck, it does not want to create boost.
once the guage try to go into the boost range it starts to surg and fall on its face (like it miss firing or something)

You can slowly rev the rpms up while driving or in neutral, but once you try to give more gas it acts up

any ideas?
