Hey im not sure if this topic has been beaten yet, if so anyone have the link?

I actually want to take a 03 eaton and put it on my 97. What do i need besides the supercharger, and do i need to reinforce anything? will it match up with the upper? would i have to do IMRC deletes?

Thanks for your help guys.

Matt

you will need to build up your block(forged rods and pistons). also you will need to get rid of the B series heads that are on there and use 03 cobra heads. you will also need the intake manifold from teh 03 cobra as well as the intercooler assembly, overflow tank, pump, heat exchanger and brackets. o and did i mention you need a complete pulley setup from an 03 cobra as well as modified accessories for the new pulley system.

75-100 shot of nitrous and a tune. that's what i'm hoping to do in the summer time. i don't have $4-5k for a procharger, intercooler and a tune. 03 superchargers arent that good any way. cost way too much to make it work. i asked about this a long time ago cuz someone was sellin one on ebay for like $500

Yeah, you're better off with a built crate motor minus the blower then bolt on a K.B. 2.2
