03 wheels on a 94 cobra?

I've got an 03 cobra and my buddy has a 94 cobra that I sold him a while back. My wheels are the OEM 17x9 cobra wheels. I have 275-40's on the front and 315-35's on the rears. He is wanting to buy my wheels and tires and I am going to buy some new ones. Here's my question...will my wheels fit on his car? I know the bolt patterns are the same and all that, but what I am asking is will they rub or anything? Any help would be greatly appriciated.

It's close, but it does work. If you do rub take your quad shocks loose and flip them to go in the other direction!!

What size rears are those? 315 BFG DRs? What size wheel are they on?
